Offering you a tennis throwback for the new season, the Converse Checkpoint Pro features this time in a crisp white and habanero red colourway. Constructed with a rubber backed suede upper for heightened durability, a moulded PU Lunarlon sockliner is in place for impact cushioning and day-to-day comfort. Completing the minimalistic silhouette, a clean toe box breaks in fast to create that flick sweet spot. Converse CONS branding can be found on the heel and tongue, accompanied by the classic logo which has been stitched onto the upper in leather.
With the introduction of the CONS skateboarding division, Converse has retooled some of their classic styles for skateboarding functionality, keeping things minimal. Updated models include the Checkpoint Pro and Breakpoint pro, which started life on centre court before being reimagined for the streets. With the 2018 release of their first full length skate video ‘Purple’, team riders Louie Lopez, Sean Pablo and Bobby De Keyzer showcased stand out parts.
